Default Transcode360 is officially dead (to me anyways!)

With today's Fall Update for the XBOX360, anyone can stream XVID video files to their 360 over a network!

No more work arounds, no more 3rd part programs, no more hassling with Media Center Extender, just select the video and watch

And unlike when I play the files on my computer, I can actually fast-forward the videos on the 360!!

YAY!

A lot of the AVIs won't fast forward, don't know...don't care. I don't watch them on my PC anymore anyways

And, none of them streamed to the 360, through Transcode360 would fast forward either...

Doesn't your media player have a timeline? I've never encountered an AVI file that doesn't allow you to use the timeline.

So essentially your 360 now has he ability to fast forward.

Sounds like a lack of codecs. I use Codec Pack All in 1 and have never had a problem with something not playing.
