I enjoy them all for the most part unless, i got them at must buy price for my collection. but id have to say............. Prey, Oblivion, Call of Duty 2, NFS:MW and of cource Dead Rising- id pop in and play without thinkin about it. But there will be more in time... CANT WAIT FOR; LOST PLANET, GEARS OF WAR, and HALO 3  these games are gonna be off-the-chain:crazy: | |||||||||||||||||||||||

I'm trying to get into it...i really am. It's neat being able to kill zombies with pretty much...anything... But, there are a few drawbacks... It controls a lot like GTA It plays alot like GTA (in the sense that it's a wide open sandbox for you, but still has a story in it). The save system takes some time getting used to. Think Resident Evil type saving (this is Capcom afterall  . You can only save in bathrooms and in the main security room...that's it. Occasionally it'll save automatically (like after you complete a full stage...)...It only plays in widescreen Screen text is INCREDIBLY small... The highlights are... You get to kill zombies...LOTS of zombies... Almost anything that's not bolted to the ground you can pick up and use as a weapon. If you do die, you can start over from the beginning of the game with ALL your accumulated statistics and moves.. It has a very interesting story The mall is HUGE to explore Lots of 'easter eggs' to find Voice acting is good Graphics are very good, when you account for the fact that there are sometimes HUNDREDS of moving targets in front of you. You can mix some foods together in blenders and drink it...sometimes they have awesome effects (like invincibility and super powers) sometimes they dont'...like a huge zombie magnet When it comes down to it...if you like the wide-open type games (like GTA) then this game is right up your alley. If you're like me... it's only so-so..... Personally? I'd give it a 7 or 8 out of 10... What do you think eaglenova? I can't wait for Lost Planet either, and Gears of War is going to ROCK!!

  | I really wouldn't mind getting a 360 but it all comes down to that money issue....I ain't got any. Besides, I'm still a little addicted to the PC platform anyway. Rob

yeah i understand the being broke thing, but between the 360 and the ps3- the 360 is most def.. better on your pocket. and sorry to say but my opinion, PC gaming is going down hill for the most part | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| Eagle, its only a SDTV problem, and Capcom is aware of it....looks like they only tested the game for HDTVs and not SDTVs. I had the same problem on my rental copy...couldn't really read it at all with a 27" tv. But, once I got the HDTV it was clear as day and large enough to read. BTW, the save system does suck...and the fact that the game froze on me before I could save it. So, I stopped playing and will be returning it today (I had rented it)

| Yeah i palyed it on HD last night, and it was a whole lot better. HD really enhances the feel of the game as well. And yes the saving system still sucked even on HD, lol. By-tha-way stud, if your system freeze at all you should call microsoft support. I had a real prob. with my first system freezing alot on NFS:MW, but they took care of it for me. They went ahead and set me up for a new one because im anal-retentive about my electronics. Dude cant wait for Test Drive Unlimited, i hope its as awesome as it looks. Is one racing game im looking foward to. |
