I haven't been on the patched game very long (gave up trying to log on last night), but so far here's one thing that i had to do in order to get the game to run:
I use the Cosmos UI, Gatherer, and WoW Reader addons (WoW Reader is an info gathering tool for Allakhazam and will update when you run the upload program...well, as soon as they mod it for the new patch) and i had to manually change the amount of addon script memory from 48 to 64 .
From the Login page: Click the addon button in the lower left portion of the screen; change the memory allocation from 48 to 64.
If you use Cosmos as well as other non-Cosmos addons (in my case, Gatherer), you will probably have to enable the "Load out of date addons" option from the screen i described above (i use Gatherer 2.2.1, and so far it seems to function with the new patch).
Also, it appears that there are issues with the thottbot addon (might need to disable it): coordinates look ok so far, but there might be an issue with profile collection.
