| Warcraft Warrior | I compiled a list of helpful links and posted it on my Guild's forums. This is copy of the threads there. If any of you have a link that you'd like me to include, post it or PM it to me and i'll edit it into the original thread(s). Game Related Links: Life, the Universe, and Everything WoW Homepage :Your one stop for basic game information - Realm status, class info, etc (don't underestimate this site, it has some great info) Allakhazam : An excellent WoW database site (i use this for item pricing info as well as item info, mob drops, and mob droprate). I've found that the information about mobs (enemy or NPC) is a bit more reliable than Thottbot (especially mob location), although sometimes the mob level ranges are off (plan on the mob being the highest level listed). WoW Reader : A plugin that gathers data for upload to Allakhazam - Easy to install and operate. It also installs itself so that Cosmos won't delete it when it cleans files. I use the heck out of Allakhazam, and i figured that the least i could do is to help gather data for the site ![]() Thottbot : Another superb database site. I use this site for quest info as well as profession info. The user comments on Thottbot really seperate it from Allakhazam, in my opinion. If you have a quest related question, chances are that Thottbot has the answer (there are areas where i overlap usage between Thottbot and Allakhazam, bottom line is that both sites rock). Thottbot also has a plugin that you can load to gather information for the site, and i'll list it in the Plugin links (you can get it as a stand alone or bundled with the Cosmos UI). *If you don't use Allakhazam or Thottbot: Please, put down the mouse and step away from the computer* Kaldorei : The best interactive world flight map that i've seen. This will tell you exactly where you can fly to from any given location in WoW. World and Zone maps : I use this site a lot for mob level and zone info. In Game Mods (addons) (the use of any addons can cause problems in game, especially around patch time. Just a word of warning, but, with that in mind, i use and love my addons )Cosmos : I use this addon, it has tons of features, and i don't know how i played without it (toolbar mods, DPS info, toolbar customization for caster classes, Map Coordinates, Instance maps....the list goes on). Basically, the full version has a lot of addons already bundled with it, and you can enable and disable them as you choose. I use the full version and have my updater set to download the Alpha version which keeps the addons up to date. The full version comes bundled with the Thottbot addon, or you can download the Thottbot only version from the downloads page. Make sure to check out the forums and wowwiki (the next link) for more info. If you do use Cosmos as a full package, make sure that you enable the highest level of user control from the ingame menu (i want to say it's "developer" or something similar): this won't change the way any of the addons function, it will just give you the greatest amount of control when configuring everything. Addon Info : Has information about different addons and what they do. Curse Gaming : A great site to check out and download addons. WoWvault ui page : another great site (in general). This is their addon page.

| Warcraft Warrior | Class Info A list of links that pertain to class related information. WoWvault's class page : this site is awesome. From this page, you can see a general overview of the classes and (if you follow the links) you can gain acces to information on all of the spells/powers that each class gets as well as a talent calculator. WoWvault's talent templates : User submitted character builds (with comments). A great place to see what sort of builds people are using and how other players rate them. Druids Druid Forums : Check out the FAQ and the stickied threads! Most of the answers to your Druid questions can be found in these threads. I don't have a lot of experience with playing a Druid, more links are very much welcome ![]() Hunters WoW Hunter Forums : Again, check out the stickied threads (some of which i'm about to link). Hunter class guide : This discusses several builds as well as giving a class overview...it's a must read. WoW Forums Pet FAQ : Packed with loads of useful information and links (some of which i'll post below). Pet info : Petopia's site...a must have for hunter pet info. Disregard the information on chase speed (it's been standardized), but the information on pet attack speed is still relevant. Want to know what and where those rare pets are? Then this is the site for you. Want to know the basic stats on different animal types and what they eat (and where to get it)? Then this is the site for you...geez, just go to the site already ![]() Pet Abilities : Ever wonder what abilities your pet can learn, where to find them, and at what level? Zip on over to this site, and never be in the dark about anything that's pet ability related. WoW Forums Hunter Damage FAQ : Understand how your talents and stat scores affect your DPS...this is an excellent thread. Hunter Macros : i use one macro that i got from this thread (switches my pet to passive and stay put)...this is immensely useful before feigning death: it keeps aggro on the pet, and allows you to exit combat. At that point, you can use a trap, heal, run, whatever. Although i'm not a huge Macro user (yet), i highly recommend checking out the Macro thread. Mage WoW Mage Forums : Check out the stickied threads (some of which i'll link below). Mage FAQ : Build explanations and a general overview of what to use them for. An excellent thread. Another build guide : Covers the same ground as the above link...again, great info for build ideas. Paladin WoW Paladin Forums : Read the stickies. I've never played a Paladin, so anyone with some more links, info, etc. please post/send them to me ![]() Priest WoW Priest Forums : same as above, i'm in the dark on actually playing this class, but you should still check out the stickies. Rogue Rogue forums : Come on, everybody, say it with me : read the stickies. Rogue FAQ : a good overview of the class. Rogue Builds : This is an excellent post. It's very easy to completely gimp a rogue build, and if you check out this link, chances are that you'll never have to worry about that happening to you. Another Rogue guide : Another great source for Rogue information. Lockpicking FAQ : The name says it all. Rogue playing Guide: A guide to advanced techniques to use while playing your Rogue. Shaman WoW Shaman forums : Another class that i have 0 experience with. Warlock WoW Warlock forums Warlock FAQ : Tons of great info and links. Another great class guide : Even more info on the Warlock class. Build guides : Has a lot of very effective builds listed. This one has something for everyone as far as a build goes. *i had a couple of other pages bookmarked, but they seem to have been purged by the sites that host them * Warrior WoW Warrior Forums Warrior Faq A great place to get started with a warrior. Warrior Reference Guide : You definitely don't want to miss this one. It has tons of useful links and information. Warrior stats: Covers a lot of ground on how stats effect a Warrior.

| Warcraft Warrior | Professions WoW Profession Forums Profession FAQ : A must read ![]() How to Power Level Your Profession : Great post. Thottbot Profession Listings Alchemy Blacksmithing Enchanting Engineering Leatherworking Tailoring Cooking First Aid Fishing By Item Allakhazam Profession Listings Alchemy Blacksmithing Enchanting Engineering Leatherworking Tailoring Cooking First Aid FIshing By Item Poisons *I have a link to a list of profession PDFs, but it looks like the link is no longer working. If you'd like any of them, let me know and i'll email them to you (they cover recipes, materials needed, etc. They're basically a rehash of the information found on Thottbot and Allakhazam).* Fishing Stuff A great Fishing Faq which includes a guide to fishing skill requirements by zone (scroll down the FAQ to get to it). Leatherworking FAQ (the FAQ on the WoW forums got purged...this should be the same FAQ....the site that this is on keeps backup copies of the profession FAQs in case the ones in the WoW forums get purged - thank heavens).
