Strange driver found in device manager

I've found a driver called "oreans32" in device manager.
I have no idea what this is, or where it came from. I have looked around and cannot find any definitive information regarding what it is.
All I have found is that it may be related to some sort of "remote control" worm of some sort. I had used UltraVNC for a while, but uninstalled it long ago.

Does anyone here have any idea what this may be? Any help would be appreicated.
