Any Way to Get Vista beta key?

And no this has nothing to do with pirating

I downloaded and burned the public trial of Vista Beta two back a while ago when thrillkill posted a link to it. I have since gotten rid of it, i swap os's around a lot. I find myself wanting to try it again, but i broke my own rule and didnt right down the key!! is there anyway to find this, is it the same for all the betas? or am i screwed on this one?

I thought i checked all the emails i had from MS...i was wrong. Thanks for the tip anyways...im just an idiot sometimes

Thats allright Ive done dumb things too

Anyways Ill be curious to see whether or not you can stil activate--I seem to remeber them shutting it off or something. But if its still it up I may have to do a reinstall as well.

Yeah its back up and running

Dual boot of course though...its not ready to go solo. (Tri-boot actually... XP is my main OS, ubuntu for messin around with linux, and now vista...im likin this set up

) (only drawback is my uptime is usually a couple hours

)

they shut off the download a while back...i still had the DVD around, i just forgot where the key was.

Legally I dont think you're going to be able to. They may open up the release canidate for the general public/ppl who didnt get in before but thats a ways off.

If you have a decent connection I can send you my download of the 32bit version. Its not illegal to give you a copy seeing as it was free anyway, I've also got a spare CD key thinking about it. PM me!

Microsoft had an allotted amount of vista beta download or hard copy(which I received).But the number is passed and no more beta copies distributed.Jo

RC1 is very close. probably a month or less. as they are still shooting for jan 07 release date.

I would imagine we will have it soon.
cause the beta 2 while nice, needed the refinement that RC1 is supposed to bring.
