Boot into Safe mode, run AVG

or

Download Windows Ultimate Boot CD, Update AVG thats on the CD, burn the CD, run it, and then run AVG (link)

Your final option after youve done everything- Back up everything on DVDs, and then format ALL your drives (or just that one)

I just don't see why it says it found a trojan that even the AVG site does not list.

The Boot in safe mode worked. I tried googling the trojan and cant even find it.
I would also like to know why it finds a trojan that it cant describe.
When I first found it I thought I could use Spybot search and destroy shreader, and it wouldnt let me drag that was the first I couldnt do that to.
