3 hdd's in raid0?

can you put 3 hdd's(36g raptors) in raid0 and is there any benefits from doing so?

I did it on my nforce 4 board. It gave a boost as opposed to two drives. I even did 4 drives in raid 0. Super fast!!

Do it. Try it. Thats what I did anyway.

did you use the on-board raid or a raid card?

The onboard nvidia controller. Got burst speed up to like 1500mb/s, and reads around 334mb/s using 80 gig seagates. They were sata2 drives, but at 50 bucks a pop they blew the raptors I have away.
