winsocket smtp 10060 error

i have a fun issue for ya....

i am getting a winsock error 10060 when i send a smtp msg with an attachment on it (log file)

anyone know how to fix?? or how to change the registry for a longer time out ?? any help would be prett spiffy

not to be a smart ass ... but i did not find any helpfull info on goole that pretained exactly to what my issue is... thats why i came on here.... please dont confuse me with a n00bie

i am guessing its got to do with a time out issue... how do you change the time out value???
