Default Video in XP

Ok, this is probably the stupidest thing i have ever done, but i right clicked on a video file the other day and of course this menu came up and the bottom most option was play on (since i have two monitors). I clicked on that and then selected one of the monitors thinking that it was a one time thing. Well now every freaking video file i play opens up full screen on the monitor and its freaking annoying. I can't find the option to reverse it and i don't know where to start looking, can anyone help????

Open up the video player (whatever one your using) and right-click in the screen for the submenu.......then click on either "Preferences" or "Options"...........then click on the video and there should be a box to check for "Full-Screen"........uncheck that box.....
