     |  Laggy hotmail I can't access my e-mail on ANY computer in my network. I see my messages in MSN Today but I can't view them. Anyone have a clue as to what is going on? |

 | could be there servers, or it could be your provider, or it could be somthing of the two. How long have you had this issue?
