Windows Install F**king Up HELP!!!

Hello all, I am putting together a new system that has a Giga-Byte GA-K8NF-9 Motherboard with a AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Chip and a Giga-Byte GV-NX66256DP (G-Force 6600) PCI-E Video Card. It also has a Daul layer DVD Writer and a 120GB SATA HD.

No on to the problem, I start the WIN install and it all goes find, I get the HD partitioned and formated and copies the files over to the HD and does the auto reboot, and here is the problem, it does this again and again, I can not get the system to go beyond this. I have tried everything I could think of, What do you think?

Double-check your jumpers on the hard drive, double-check your BIOS settings, format the drive, take the install disk out, shutdown, then start it.

Did you try taking the cd out when it reboots?

Don't overclock.

its just booting off the cd everytime, do it take out the cd, wait tills its past the boot off cd part then pop it back in.
