Lock computer, but how

We have guests, with little spyware loving kids, so I want to lock my parents computer, so you can't use it without a password, but so it won't be logged out. I want some services, like a game server and F@H still running. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hide the keyboard and mouse.....lol

go to control panel, user accounts, and add a password to your account---then right click on the desktop, go to screensaver, and check the box-- "on resume, password protect". you will have to enter your password to get back on your comp once the screensaver comes on

that works..and if you dont want to wait for the screensaver to turn on, hit [windows key] + [L key] to lock the computer..

And you can also just go into the security settings and disable Java, Active X and all downloads...I do it to kids like that and it drives em crazy, they never find it, and eventually they get discouraged and give up.

Only takes a second to put back for your use, just restore default security settings, it still lets people surf and game without slaggin up yer Rig
