I sit here typing on my laptop. Not because I choose to, but because Firefox on my desktop refuses to load it passed the Welcome page. Forums and everyhting else are just not working, usually resulting in a blank screen. The only other website that isnt working properly is Ebuyers' Returns page...I try making a return form, submit it, but it doesnt come up. I have a feeling this could be more than just GK being cruel to me.

Heres what I've done so far to try and rectify the problem:

-Cleared the temp, temp internet files, cookies, history, windows temp and recyle bin folders.
-Re-installed firefox after uninstalling it completly including all plugins....twice.
-Run Spybot S+D, finding WinAdd Tools 2 items, which I removed...still no PR.
-Ran Norton WinDoctor, finding various regestry errors (probably form my pulling of Realplayer manually) fixed...still no PR.
-Disconnected and rebooted my ADSL router....no PR

Am running out of Ideas, save for a repair install! I have a feeling its to do with a component/filter other than Firefox/IE....yep even IE wont load PR. Norton AntiVirus/ Internet security? I dont think BlackICE is capable of blocking separate websites.

Any help will be greatfully received.

I remember a while back my isp actually blocked certain sites. It was really weird. Try using a proxy server and connect to PR.

Thats the thing...my Laptop is on the same DSL connection...aka the same ISP....my proxy is unknown...theres on on my line, but I've never needed to find out where it is, or what it is.

Zer0s - DNS? My DNS....at least I think its my DNS is rebooted when I reboot my router....should I reset my router back to factory settings to see if this correctes the problem?

Errr....stereo dude...thats like nothing to do with what we're talking about....read carefully. Im wondering why my rig can't access PR, not why PR is down (and it never was to start with).

UPDATE ....due to both my laptops and my brothers PC being bale to access PR through my router, I'm ruling out router troubles. STILL NEED HELP THOUGH!

Try opening a command prompt and typing ipconfig /flushdns.

Thanks for your help guys, in the end I've decided to wipe the hard drive...could use it as it been rather slow the last month...seems things are becombing corrupt aswell, not to mention BlackICE's number of atttacks detected is going through the roof.
