Default General \\ My computer Info hack?

Ok so I have a 2400+ @ 2333Mhz

My BIOS *pr3ach3r* shows it as a 3400+(effective), I changed the info for my CPU so everything else sees it as a 3400+.
Is there a way I can trick/ change the file that tells windows what to put there. So insted of it saying "Athlon XP TBred-B 2.33Ghz" it you say "Athlon XP 3400+.

I'm pretty sure there is a registry hack you can do to change that info. Not sure where it is exactly and I'm at work so I can't go looking for it at the moment.

Edit: Found it!! Open up regedit and go to the following place.

My Computer/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/HARDWARE/DESCRIPTION/System/CentralProcessor/0

Right click on the ProcessorNnameString (highlighted in purple in the attachment) and choose modify. A dialog box will pop up and you enter the info you would like to see(I chose Athlon XP-M). Click OK, close the editor and check your properties to ensure that it took.

Hmm, I'll have to check into that when I get home. I don't think I have rebooted since I did that.

Edit: Well, it seems that it is a bios issue with getting the info to stick. When I rebooted, the CPU came up as Unknown CPU Type again on the bios boot screen.
