Menu Font Size

Hey, I dont know what happened or what I did wrong but all of a sudden- all of my menu fonts are big. I was searching through the windows display options to see if I could find a solution but came up with none- Does anyone know how to restore my menu fonts to get them back to their original size???

Here is an example of what I'm talking about:

hold down the "control" key and use your scroll wheel on the mouse.

That only works in IE bro.

Check Display Properties>Settings>Advanced>General Tab>Should be set to 96DPI.
Check Display Properties>Appearance Tab>Font Size>Should be set to Normal.

-Thanks for your suggestions but none of them work... The thing is, only certain dialogue boxes are in those big & bold fonts, everything else is regular. A couple of examples of the dialogue boxes that come up big are

-all the settings dialogues in winamp
-the id3 label edit dialogue in winamp
-in nero, the screen that comes up while a disk is burning
-in Acid Pro, the beatmapper wizard
-in real player, the properties dialogue

I think there is a certain dialogue box style that the above examples share... Does anyone know of any settings or registry cracks that can restore those fonts??

...Or maybe I can find out what font those dialogue boxes use and edit the actual font so that bold is the same thing as regular... does anyone know how to do that????
