Default Unable To Click On Links

Ok ive seen this problem on 2 computers, my uncles and my friends. i cant fix it. you cant click on links in Outlook, and msn, and a few other programs. any ideas?

have you looked in your internet options in the properties see if anything is unchecked that has to do with links?

also you might wanna fix your sig

I don't know if this will help you
I had a similar problem with outlook express and I had to edit my registry (your own risk) but it fixed mine I found this link for outlook and it's similar to what I did for my outlook express

checked for spy ware and all that jazz, im gona try that registry fix.. ill let you know how it goes.

What version of Windows are the computers using? Please give a list of programs affected.
When did this problem start occurring?

I recommend you install Netscape Navigator. You may also want to reinstall MSIE and outlook express.

only progams on his computer is msn messenger and windows explorer, my uncle had a few others but oh well hes far ways away, lol. its been like this since he has installed windows, i dont know if he has SP1 or not im gona check today.
