Default Windows Recycle Bin help

Hey dudes,

Just wondering if you can help me. Trying to delete the "Recycled" folder on my external drive but it isn't letting me. Is there a bypass around Windows to get rid of this folder? I know that Windows will probably recreate it next time I reboot with the external attached but for now, I need to get rid of it.

Thanks!

Which version of Windows are you using...

Brand/make of the external...

Can you post a quick screenie?

I think I know what you're trying to do, just want to make sure...

You could try doing it from the command line.

Try hooking up the drive, then right click recycle bin, click properties, toggle [configure drives independantly] on, click drive tab and set space to 0.

Might work.
