Default Should dxdiag show SLi setup?

I was reading through the thread where someone was having trouble getting their BIOS to update and saw that $SOLID$ mentioned checking dxdiag.

I haven't taken a look at my dxdiag for a while, so I decided to take a look.

When I went to the "Display" tab I noticed that my "Approx. Total Memory only shows 512MB and I have 2 eVGA 7900GTXs in SLi configuration.

I have the nVidia control panel set to SLi mode and all that so I'm wondering whether dxdiag can see SLi setups or am I missing 512MB of video RAM somewhere.

Here's a screenshot of my dxdiag "Display" tab:

I'd appreciate any thoughts anyone may have on this.

Is there anyway I can check that the full 1GB of memory is available? Device manager is showing both cards, so I'm not sure where to check for the SLi check.

Thank you for any suggestions!!

I have 2-7950GX2's and dxdiag is only showing one. I'm sure
that's just how it is. It's only reporting the Primary Adapter.
If your looking to find were the system is showing both cards go here.

Thanks for the reply Slaymate!!

You edited out that part about 3DMark while I was checking it out @ ORB.

I guess there's really no true way to see max available Video RAM.

Thanks again!!

Well, this is unrelated, but since you like to "Explore" things..and if there are any other SLI questions you have..or are just curiuos to see if you can find some tips or info on gaming (like profiles etc..) with SLI, then you may like this forum!

Oh..and it looks like your driver is a bit older..10-22-06?

You might pick up some performance gains with the latest version!

93.81 is a "Beta" driver, but should be fully stable if NVIDIA lists it..it just hasn't gottten MS "Approval"

Beta Driver - Windows XP / 2000

Or you can choose your driver here if I got the OS wrong (I picked XP 32 bit)
