Has anyone seen this ATI CCC error?

This comes up when my bro tries to open CCC on his comp. He's the administrator so I can't really figure out why this is happening. Already reinstalled the latest drivers. Used driver cleaner each time they were removed. Anyone have a clue as to why this would come up? Are there any alternatives to using CCC that still let you control VIVO and other stuff like that? TIA

Did you try Omega Drivers?

well im not sure why its doing that
make sure you upgraded to ver 6.11
if you are then uninstall it and try a fresh install again
