ati tv card won"t work w/ ti4200???

I want to watch tv on one monitor while using the internet with another. but my ait all in wonder card (8mb pro version) has an error - "the device cannot start - error code 10" when i look at it in the device manager. the other video card is an nvidia ti4200 128mb made by evga. i have tried booting up with the pci video card first (bios setting) and the ati card works fine. but then the nvidia card has an error (not the cannot start error though). I have tried dozens of drivers for both video cards but it still has that problem. I am using xp pro by the way. I think it is a compatibilty problem, but i thought maybe someone would know a generic driver or any driver that would make these two cards work in unity. I am using a computer i built by the way so i dont think it is a bios setting compaq set. PLEASE help me!!!, I am completely stumped on this one.

my friends have had the same problem so all you have to do is logout and then login again but i wouldn't keep doing that you might want to check out powerstrip it is a multimonitor support program that allows you to mess with ur video cards

goto download.com and get type in powerstrip
