Default Slow boot up due to sli ?

Hey guys, i just got a 2ed BFG 7800GT OC to run in SLI. I hooked everything up, and all seemed well. But i noticed a slow windows boot up. And at one point before it asks you to select the user to login as, the montior shut off then went back on. Also need for speed carbon has some lag, when i was running a single 7800 there was none.

Specs

p4 @ 3.8Ghz
1GB Corsair XMS2(pc-6400)
2x BFG 7800GT OC in SLI
Asus P5ND2 SLI-Deluxe motherboard
and a 480 watt psu ( i was told the psu needed to have 30A ( 12V ) and it has 36A ( 12V ) so i am asuming this isnt happening because of lack of power to the cards.

You may need to run System Clean up and a Defrag to speed up your boot time.
As far as your NFS Carbon experience, what drivers are you using? The 93.71's
just don't work with my SLI setup (2-7800GTX). I'm using the 91.47's.

Yeah i am using the 93.71drivers , thanks alot for the tip man ill give that a whril. I also have another sli question, not to double post (other post under videocard overclocking) ,but the question is about overclocking while in sli, i used to use riva tuner to overclock my video card. But there is still only 1 slider for core and 1 slider for memory, will setting the slider to a new clock speed set both cards at the selected speed ? or can i just not use riva tuner anymore.

Because the cards are joined "so to speak", when you change the speed on 1 the other follows.

Thats what i figured, but what made me ask, was that when riva tuner first opens and you can see your card specs it says Nvidia plug n play such and such with 256MB GDDR3,should it not say 512mb ? as the two cards combine have 512MB of frambuffer memory?
