Default lets all laugh at intel extreme graphics 2

this is a great article showing how retarded and cheap intel extremem graphics 2 is. http://www.hothardware.com/hh_files/...00igp(2).shtml
That is sad. The radeon 9100 igp with 2 pipelines, and lowered clocks beats that sad excuse for graphics! EVERYONE LAUGH AND POINT AND STARE AT INTEL!

It's decent preformance if you don't plan on actually using it and installing an AGP videocard.

Decent performance? Ya, maybe for Office 2000 Integrated Intel graphics are completely USELESS for running any 3D more complicated than a Windows 3D screen saver.

I'd say that the Radeon IGP is 'decent performance', but not that POS Intel crap...

If you don't plan on actually using it? It CAN'T be used for anything more than 2D.

That's all I use them for...I have a board at home with that crap on it and the FIRST thing I did was stick a card into the AGP slot.

BTW...welcome to pimprig ... funny - you share a birthday with another pimprig member who calls himself Banana Boy.

Intel D815EEA2 for the PIII, and Intel D865GLCLK I think (for the 2.4c's I use at work)

Stable as hell, just really crappy integrated 3D and no overclocking

My name is BigAkita, and I am an Intel User. (Hello BigAkita!)

I have been a user for over 20 years. I used the original 8088 and 8086, and every variant since. I know I'm sick, but my latest Intel 3.06 that dual folds in Hyperthreading mode somehow makes it seem better.

I started with MSDOS 2.0. How many of you talk crap about Bill but still use his software?

EDIT: Of 5 rigs that I keep online, only 2 of them are Intel, and one of them is a Dell Laptop 800MHz. I guess that one doesn't count.

I've used intel and AMD and even 1 Cyrix. I have to say that they are both great processors. But for us financially challenged ho's you can't beat AMD. And yes BA, I bitch about MS and Mr. Gates. And it's basically the only O/S I've ever used. You started before me I started with DOS 3 or 4, but then again, you are MUCH older than me
