Default Nvidia drivers vs. Other drivers

I was wondering which drivers you guys use for your nvidia cards I use a FX 5200 128mb. I currently use the regular nvidia drivers.

I've got the 44.03's or whatever. I've heard some good things about the Omega driver set, but never looked into it.

when i used to use the evil known as Nvidia, i got all the latest driver from guru3d.com. they for some reason have everything before the manufatures do, i am running ATI as you can see, but i got the cat 3.6's about a week before ATI released them. Just thought i would say..
