Default Video Card temp monitor

Sorry if this is a repost but i just created an account.

I recently installed a GeForce FX 5900 ULTRA and I am looking for a program sort of like Motherboard Monitor 5 or something like it that will display the current temp of the GPU. It does have sensors on it becasue you can go into its properties and there is an option to view the GPU temp and Ambient temp.

Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

I've never heard of that. Can you already get the temps of the gpu?? I'd like to know how hot a gpu runs at.

Can your BIOS read the temp? Cause if it can, then you just use MBM with a different sensor. You might wanna try that anyways, try all the sensors and see if it matches up with the temp that the nVidia display uses.

Dude,

The latest drivers from Nvidia will give you the current GPU temp right in the driver. AFAIK it only works on FX cards...

Someone should make one. MBM works great for me but I have tried all the sensors on there and none of them match the temp of the GPU. ARGH!! I just want the temp of my GPU readily available to me at a glance. Anyone wanna volunteer their programming skills to make such a program?
