Go to control panel, click system, click hardware tab, click device manager, click display addaptors, double click your addaptor, click driver tab then click roll back driver. That should reload your previous driver.

Are you sure you downloaded the right driver for your card?

One possible reason is that the Runtime process is unavaible." what does that mean? and how do i fix it? hit me back

Your best bet is to uninstall everything that came with the ATi video card and go to www.omegadrivers.net and download the Omega drivers for the ATi card.

Surf the Site abit (omegadrivers.net)
Quote:
ABOUT THE OMEGA DRIVERS AND THIS SITE: The purpose of the Omega Drivers is to provide gamers with an alternate set of drivers, ones that have more options and features than the original sets. The drivers contain optimizations, extra features (like OC capabilities), more resolutions and internal tweaks that can give them the edge in a gaming environment over the normal drivers, which are often tailored for synthetic benchmarks. All Omega driver sets are tested (unless noted) by myself in my own PC or in an alternate PC (in the case of the Nvidia drivers) to ensure maximum compatibility and reliability.
