Default How do I capture Video with my Gainward GF4 ti-4200?

My card is a Gainward Ultra/650-8x XP Golden Sample, and it has VIVO support.
when i try to use Intervideo's WinProducer 3, video capture is not an option on the input sources. I even tried using windows movie maker, and the video capture option wasnt there. Is there something I have to enable for video capturing to work?....I know the video out works cause i have used that before....please help... thanks
