I had to make that same decision two weeks ago. I decided to go with one 7800 GT over two 6600 GTs. I believe it is the best bang for the buck right now. My 7800GT scored over 7000 in 3Dmark05 using stock settings. http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm05=1389155
