Lost a piece to my Zalman Videocard cooler

I've had a Zalman Videocard cooler for about 3 months and when I came to uninstalling the heatsink from my video card I lost a piece. The part is Nipple B on the instructions. What should I do to hold the piece in place. Is there a way that I can get another one from some where with out buying the hole thing again.

The best thing would be to e-mail or call zalman directly and ask if they have replacement parts available for ordering, or if any of their retailers sell those parts.

e-mail is here (but seems to be down due to load).

you could post here (that's the alternative to e-mailing at this point).

or you could snag the phone number at the bottom of that page and give it a ring.

If you have the Zalman Zm80D-hp I may have the part you are after. I circled it on the picture. If thats what you need PM me and I can drop it in an envelope and mail it to you monday for free.

Your cooler is a different model than the one I have parts for. Sorry I couldn't lend a hand but I don't know if they are compatible. Hope you can get what your after cheap. Good luck.

I only have some spare screws, rubber rings, and 1 nipple B. You''re better off going with Wellmont's idea and emailing Zalman customer support.

Don't worry about it guys I emailed the company and he or she said that he or she will send the piece for free makes me love the company even more.
