Radeon 9800 Pro modded drivers!

i ave been experiencing problems running Counter Strike : Source! i was told that possibly it was the catalyst 5.7 driver! i was also advised to get a modded version of the driver as this may solve the problem??

any ideas?

Try the OmegaDrivers, I have never had a problem with them, Heres the Linkage

There is a virticle quicklink bar in the left of the webpage click on that and go to the ATI drivers.

I had a problem running Doom 3 after installing the Omega drivers for my AIW 9800 pro, but they do have a lot of good tweaks.

yeah i think they might have some issues with D3. I noticed my 9800pro-->xt started to artifact really bad when i had it OC'd, i turned it back down to stock XT speeds and it fixed it.

omega usually comes out with thier version of the catalyst a couple of weeks after ATi comes out with the new ones.

I'm waiting for their latest version for my 9800 Pro.......how did you do the soft-mod from Pro to XT???
