Cool Need help 2 find 1/2 height vid card

I ahve a black 1/2 height flex atx case with a AMD XP2.2, 512mb ddr, 80G hdd, dvd/cdrw combo drive and asus nv220 matx mobo. Currently I have a Geforce 2 MX 400 with 64mb. I have tested a few GF4MX cards but oddly my Geforce2 MX outperforms them. I want a better video card but am having problems finding a decent 1/2 card. FIC is supposed to have a A91L Radeon 9000 1/2 height but cant find anyone who carries FIC video cards.

Any help is appreciated...thanks!

My suggestion would be get a new case so you can get a good video card. I don't know if the mobo you have would be able to go into a regular ATX case. Honestly, I haven't heard of 1/2 height ATX cases and such, so if you could get some pics I'd appreciate it

Do you know where I can get a right angle AGP adapter?

I will keep the system stock before i transfer it to a new case. It is kinda the point of the system to have a high speed(well it was 8 months ago) flex ATX case system with a handle on top so I can take it to LAN parties.

It has a window kit and a green EL wire in it and I am getting all the parts together for a internal water cooling kit.

the radeon 7500 is low profile I believe. Mine is quite small compared to other peoples videocards. It has decent performance and is almost equivalent to the Radeon 9000. It smokes the lower GeForce MX's but not the GF4 440MX.

I have a GF2MX 400/64MB DDR in it now. Last score I got in 3DMARK 2001SE was about 7600. But that was with OC CPU and vid card.

It looks like I will be going with one of the PNY Nvidia Quadro cards. But I will have to save up for a $279 video card.

Thanks for all the suggestions and trying to help.

u can get a agp riser card, which is a lil adapter that would allow u to have ur vid card on 90 degree angle

so it would lay on pci slots

I think Anlushac11 has been smokin' some hash or something because what he said wouldn't even come out of my mouth when I'm stone drunk. GF 400MX has 32mb SDRAM, and it scores pathetically in 3dmark2001. You should be looking for scores half of what you stated.

Anlushac11 - Just go with any Geforce 4 Ti or Radeon 9500/9700 and simply use a riser as ClowN suggested

According to the Futuremark Online Result Browser the best score ever on a GF2MX 400 was 5796. Youve either got your wires crossed or you must be a liar.

1)I think I quoted wrong system. I will retract that one as I cant remember which system ran that test.

damm dudes chill the **** out. So I made a mistake.

2)It is a Geforce 2mx400 1/2 height and it does say it is DDR RAM on card and it has a S video out. No name on it and it came in a white box.

All I got to say to you is this. I already admitted I made a mistake on 3DMARK. I have 4 systems and ia havent ran it in awhile and now I cant say for sure which system ran that score.

But as for calling me a liar that there is no such thing as a GF2MX DDR card
