| I Drive A Mac | So I got my beastly laptop yesterday. p4 at 3.33ghz, gig of ram, 100 gig hard drive, and a crappy ati card... sigh. Now would it be possible to upgrade the video card or should I just shoot myself in the foot for this huge bottle neck?

| Mystical Schwinn Guru | Hey a 9000 IGP isn't THAT bad. I'm not certain on THAT particular laptop but I do know on many Dells the GPU is a separate card. On mine there are 3 different GPU's available, an ATi M3 8mb, ATi Mobility Radeon 16mb, and a rare GeForce2MX 32mb seen in the final months of C610 production. Sometimes if you look on eBay a GF2 board will pop up. |
