| Apex Elite Tech  |  VIDEO CARD PROBLEMS!!!!!! ok i cant get my msi gforce ti 4200 128mb to OC, i use to be able to but now it gives me this wierd error when i try to OC the memory, the core clock OC works, its jsut he memory.....  Last edited by WDoG; 20-March-03 at 12:58 AM.. | |

| Apex Tech Maniac Supreme  | It said that directdraw would not work. So what i would do to eliminate one possiblity is to go into the direct x dianostig and turn off directdraw. Then turn it back on, i had a problem with some direct x stuff similar to this and doing that fixed the problem. | |

| Apex Techie Wannabe  | Did you run dxdiag? Chech to make sure there are no directx problems. Also, for oc'ing, I would use either coolbits or maybe powerstrip, rivatuner. What drivers are you running? Update to at least 41.09 at http://www.nvidia.com You can get the oc tools I mentioned at http://www.guru3d.com Cool bits can be had here: http://www.overclockers.com.au/techstuff/a_coolbits/ | |
