GeForce4 TI 4200 Overclocking?

Iv been hearing about alot of people overclocking there videocards. I rember theres a program that you need and how do you exactly overclock it? and how much should i overclock it? and what are the risks of overclocking my videocard?

You will need either the Coolbits registry hack, Rivatuner, or Powerstrip. There are others, but these are the three I have used. A google search for any will reveal hundreds of mirrors.

It is impossible to predicts how far you will get. Make small incremental changes and thoroughly bench and stress after each. Stop and back off when you get instability or artifact.

The danger, as always, is that you may break your shiznit. However, if you are slow, methodical and sensible, it is a pretty safe affair.
