| Apex Techie II  |  MS-8894-060 (MSI's Ti4200 8X) This is more of a question in theory as well as opinion of those who know I am looking for..... MS8894-060 Specs: 128 Meg DDR DVI, VIVO, yadda yadda yadda 8X AGP Question & Theory: I am currently using an MSI-6330 (4X AGP) now here is the speculatin' 1. It should run the 8X AGP card but in now more than 4X speed. 2. As it is an 8X AGP card, at 4X speed I should be able to overclock it considerably safely as it would of course be accustomed to 8X speeds. Comments? I ask this as the card I am looking for would have to be MSI (I am an MSI worshiper) the 4X card is like 10.00 less and lacking in some of the features like VIVO. Soooo if I can get and in fact milk the hell out of this 8X card it will not only serve me well now BUT it can transfer to a future system wide upgrade easily! Darn aint I smart? | |
