   |  ATI driver problems i got a new laptop over christmas when i was home and starting a couple of weeks ago i started to have problems. My laptop wouldnt load into windows it would come to the load screen with the bar moving on the bottom then after that it would go to black i reformated and now i can get into windows but when ever i install the ATI drivers it wont load into windows. So i think its a hardware issue. but if any of you guys got any ideas let me know i got windows xp home edition ATI 9700 moble Sager Notebook
