Sinple and obvious or is it?:
You could check the pins on the moniter cable... I had the same problem and after 3 hrs of argvation I decided to look. Sure enough a few pins were bent all the way to the back of the plug.

you tried two different video cards that work fine with your current config, and when you try the third you get no video signal?

Sorry, but your post is clear as mud!

What hardware are we talking about here? Is the video card that seems not to be working old or new?

Ok, here is the update.
Monitor Cable pins are not bent. Had checked that.
Monitor is definatly on, it has a "No Signal" screen.
I have tried one AGP card and one PCI card, both of which were working in the computers they came out of.
And no, there are no beeps, which is frustrating since I don't know if it's posting right or not. I seem to remember having problems with the system speaker itself on the last Mobo i had in here.
Thanks for the help guys, this is really stumping me.

Make sure the speaker is connected then try again. No beeps means no post at all, which is probably not attributed to your video.

Cool

Try resetting the BIOS. If that don't work, pull everything out. Only leave mobo, CPU, RAM, Power switch, and PC speaker connected (yes, only those). Everything else completely detached. Does it beep now? If not, return the mobo.

Ok so here is the update.
I pulled everything out and put it back in, no dice.
Tried Diffrent CPU, no dice.
Both CPU's had heated up while it was on.
All LED's are lighting up, even on the NIC.
The CD rom is spinning away with the boot disk i put in it.
Both my hard drives are spinning as well.
Also i this mobo was working in a diffrent case about a month ago.
I have checked all the stand off and they appear to be fine.
Any thoughts? Oh and Thanks for the advice so far.

Is this an AMD mobo ? And if so, does it have the four holes around the CPU socket for mounting heatsinks and water blocks ?

I am trying to make sure that you didn't use one of those to mount the mobo to the case, that will kill a mobo fast.

If it has on-board video, try hooking the monitor up to that.

Make sure the RAM is seated properly.

And we could use more specifics about your hardware, all makes and models.

Icpiper, it is an AMD, but i did not use one of those holes to mount to the case.
I have no onboard video to try.

Here are the Specs:
Cheap Mobo- FIC 1st Mainboard AD II
AMD Duron 1.1 (also tried XP 1700+ from main rig)
I have no idea what the Video Cards are, one is an older AGP and the other is a "newish" GeForce2 PCI card.

Thanks again. This is really stumping me.

Ok, all I can think of is to test the monitor with another computer.

Two differnt video cards, both PCI and AGP slots, maybe the mobo is bad, but maybe it's the monitor as well and that's easier to check and be sure of, so get that possibility out of the way first.

If it isn't something with the monitor, then the only common component left is the motherboard.
