onboard video problems, PLEASE HELP

my friend is building a rig using a CT-7NIF4 mobo, and im trying to get the onboard video working, and the monitor LED is just blinking as if its not getting a signal, even though everythig appears to power up correctly. i cant find a jumper assigned to onboard/AGP video, so im not sure what to do? any help??

Did you download the manual from there website? it's usually a PDF file.

It may not have one, I am unsure though.

Have you tried clearing CMOS? the Bios is usually where you make those kinds of changes, and resetting it to default should enable it.
