My AIW 9800Pro 128MB w/ the zalman heatpipe cooler and ram-sinks, you can also see my 9200 below it. And as you can see, following the directions, the cooler interfers with the mounting bracket for the cpu fan, also by zalman.

Not at all! It took me about 10 minues from cleaning off the AS5, taking off the stock cooler, lapping the silencer, re-applying AS5, tinning, and then screwing on the new cooler mounts. The only tough part was to get the holes aligned right, but that just takes a minute or less to get.

Edit: Nice pics Cyno01

I came across a box with a few of these inside here at work. It's a Matrox Meteor Pro Revision B. The model is listed as Meteor/PPB. I guess they were video capture cards or something like that. Just an unusual card.

hey BA that would be a good card to PIMP up. maybe change the MOFSET HS to a bigger one and stick a p1 or p2 hsf on that! that would be pretty cool!

Hey Jess, what kind of ram sinks do you have on the 9800 AIW?

Btw, I used OCZ bga sinks, along with the same Arctic Silencer for my 9600 AIW Pro

No, but I'm pretty sure they do. Based upon the other stuff that was in the box, they were part of a system upgrade for 4 computers.

The pride and joy of my collection.....

Voodoo 5 5500 AGP 64mb heatsink modded

here is my collection, more cards were added since this was taken but they are just a couple different Voodoo 3 series, nothing to really brag about. Also recently picked up a Voodoo 4 4500 AGP 32mb. Still looking for a Voodoo Rush and Voodoo 3000 PCI, Compaq 3500, Voodoo 4 and 5 PCI and prototype cards as well.

I also recently got my first Quantum 3D card thanks to fu3lman, it was a Raven (Banshee chipset) 16mb AGP, nothing special but still a rare bird being a Quantum 3D card

Sometime this week I'll try to get an updated picture of my collection. The 3500TV is in my master server and the modded Voodoo 3000 AGP is in another system.

I love the clenliness of your case Spec, it looks to be defined by terms of what I should call; quite pristene.
I haven't got around to pics 4 a bit, i'm working on it tho, check back on my post soon.

Sorry, as you see in pic, I haven't dusted in two weeks!!! -With the kind of CFM *The Great Chai* ( *my rig's name, see sig) is cranking out, it gets very dusty very quickly. Pic Legend: 1) 9800SE flashed to Sapphire ( non atlantis) 256-bit 9800PRO. 2) Pic through the casetop exaust. 3) 5200fx ( non-ultra) -my first AGP videocard.. Strange timing!

<- The front bezel intake I just installed should also be taken into consideration when thinking about dust/ cooling.
