Default Leadtek VS EVGA

Gonna be getting a Geforce 6600GT in a few weeks, and I'd just like to know if I should go for a Leadtek or an EVGA card... I've read good reviews of the Leadtek cards in the past, so that's why I'm considering it, but the EVGA seems to be an nVidia reference board, so it should be just as good?
Leadtek:

EVGA:

Mostly I'm asking because of the price point..

eVGA follows the bare minimum specifications of the nVidia reference design, which is
what usually allows them to be priced lower than leading brands that exceed reference
specifications such as BFG, ChainTech, VisionTek, LeadTek, & Asus, to name a few.

I suggest the Asus 6600GT.

You suggest I get a PCI-Express card for an AGP motherboard o_O?
