well, iam new here and i just bought a 6800 oc..what i could afford...and iam having trouble with it, like the drivers arent right or something....my monitor is 21 inch Hitachi surpreme 803...my res is set to 1024 768.... my monitor set at 85 htz....what am i doing wrong, think i need a new boot?? please help ..lmao...Thanx Jim

Hey man, welcome aboard.
What sort of problems are you having? Give a specific example and somebody will probably be able to help you out

Ditto what d-man said, what exactly is wrong? we need more relevant info.

Also for a 21" monitor 1600x1200 should be just fine....

Some generic troubleshooting though;
~make sure you pushed the card in all the way
~make sure the cards additional power cable is plugged in (the molex on the top interior corner of the video card)
~make sure your monitor is fully plugged in, the screws are very helpful
~get the latest drivers from http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp

Just letting u know i followed ur simple instructions they worked this card smokes..peace and keep the info handy...for future noobs..lmao....Big Jim...
