Default Need help for dual vga card and game card

Just like the title sayd, I need help looking for a video card that fulfills the need of a 2 monitor system but at the same time be able to get high end games. One catch, like I stated before I live overseas and have pretty much outlet to get it from. They have Radeon 9600xt and the AIW (I noticed the AIW card supports dual monitors but I didnt see anything on the xt.). I am not too familiar with all the specs, I just bought Painkiller and looking foward to getting MxO. Any help would be appreciated. Also, the have the GeForce cards here.

Thanks
DAWG!

I think all the newer gaming cards support dual monitors with DVI adapters. You can't game in dual monitors, last I checked the only cards capable of doing OpenGL over two monitors are the 3DLabs cards.

No, seems like a good question to me.

SOME games do support dual monitors - such as MS Flight Sim 2004. This support is built into the game. It allows you to have navigations and instrumentation on the second monitor. There are a handful of games that offer some dual screen fucntionality. I read an article about this recently but cant place it.

As Dogg said, any card with dual outputs will fulfill your dual screen needs. I have boughten cheapy 9600s, fx5900s and a handfull in between - I have not found a newer (within the last couple years) graphics card that did NOT have dual monitor support. Most will require you to use a DVI adaper and most also include the adapter required.....if you need to know more about DVI ports and the adapter just ask.

All in wonder cards do not have dual monitor support. They have monitor+tv support. So you could have your monitor on the DVI and have a TV as an extension of your desktop, but it would be low rez and out of scale. With my setup i could have quad monitors if 2 of them were TVs because both my cards have TV out. My roomates card, a 9600XT has a DVI and a VGA port. With a $10 VGA adapter he's running dualies. But most newer cards support dual monitors without much hassle.
