Default Help, please?

Ok, had a crash and when i restarted my second monitor was like this. Its obviously not the monitor itself since it shows up in the screen shot. Its a 15" samsung running at 1024x768 off a PCI radeon 9200.. yeah, the lines shift when things on the screen change, i really dont know whats up.

I cant help you cause I have never seen anything like that. But I would suggest uninstalling your graphics and chipset drivers and reinstallin them.

That actually looks really familiar to me. Are you sure the cable didn't slip or anything? I feel like it's something trivial, but then again I can't remember why I RMA'd my 9800 pro

EDIT: oooh! I see me!

Cable was the first thing i tried, well, after smacking the monitor. But since it showed up in a screenshot its not hardware past the graphics card.
