TV card??

alright so i dicided that buying the 8x vid card was pointless, thanx to ur posts, so i need to know now what is a good TV card to buy, i want the best buy for my cash, so if yall could recomend some that would be great!

i have a creative digital vcr
bought it at best buy....99bucks
looks good and has tivo like features......set the drive space to use....watch live tv...pause it....or record it....
you can even convert the recorded file so you can burn a video cd to watch on your dvd.....cd or cdrw.....

ATI just released the TV-Wonder which is a USB device that acts as a tv tuner with your current video card and cost 79 bucks. You can watch, rewind, record and rip VHS tapes with it.
