Radeon 9600 Xt

I have a problem. Do you now of any 9600XT biosmods possibility. I have a Sapphire Atlantis 9600xt 128 MB mem. As far I pushed it from 500MHz to 556MHz GPU and 325 to 337MHz mem core. It gives me about 500 more pts in 3Dmark 2001se and 200pts in 3Dmark 2004,but it is only OC. So if you now something, let me now. I got me ATItools, so what are the best settings for my baby.

I know of all kinds of bios mods to flash a pro to an XT but I think your hosed as theres no further you can go - you already have an XT.

If you cant get any more OC out of her (seeing artifacts) then about the only thing you can do is upgrade the cooling on the card and then push further. Unfortunately any increase you will see will probably be marginal and not worth the cash you will spend. That being said you can make RAM sinks yourself out of old CPU coolers - that will allow you to squeeze more out of your memory. Might just be a little but it shouldnt cost you much.

You might also ask in this thread and see if any pimps here have that card and recently went to water cooling, they might have some decent air cooling stuff laying around.
