!!!!!!!!!HELP 6600GT!!!!!!!!! mod

Hello everybody. I got me a brand new 660GT, it's running quite well but it would be better if it could go a little bit faster. First question is "What are the best drivers for this bloody thing and oc software???" and the second one is "Is it possible to do a biosmod, to get me 4 pipes more (I heard you can do that)???". Plizz write as much as you can if you now something. THX a lot.

Unfortunately there is not mod in the world that can help ya. the 6600GT is NV43?? which is made ONLY with 8pipes Specifically for cards with 8 pipes

THX Bob, all my hopes were blown in the wind:-) I would very much appreciate, if you could recommend me some good drivers for my card and oc software.

Tried and true coolbits always get the job done. It's a reghack for official nVidia driver releases. nVidia is supplied with an overclocker, you just need to turn it on.

i personally like the OMEGA drivers, they were mainly for ATI but have also come out with Nvidia now. give them a try, they have Radlinker built in (which is thier OC tool)

EDIT:Thanks LAT, i have ATI so i havnt even looked at the nvidia drivers, thanx for checking, Bookmark that site dude, and check back everyonce in a while, for just drop them a line and see what they say

Sadly they haven't updated nVidia's recently. Omega + my 6600GT AGPx8 = bad time.
