Is it OC'ed?

ive been noticing some jumpyness and some other anomolies in some of my games i play, and from reading, it sounds like my raphics card may have been OC'ed rite out of the box....i know some companis do that.....I have the MSI g4 ti4600, when i view the OCing page it says my my memory clock is at 662 mhz, and my core clock is at 300mhz.....this is the setting it sets it to when i hit default, but i cant actually find anything documentation showing if this is the corect settings or not for it to be just "stock" does it sounds like this has been oc'ed? or does that sound about rite?

Nvidia's default speeds are 300/650. 662 isn't a huge overclock, and generally memory overclocking is much more stable than overclocking the core. It's just enough to outperform other cards in reviews.
