PNY GEforce FX 5200

For some reason i keep having problems with it. a little window keeps popping up in windows saying there isnt enough power going to the video card. so im like wtf... i have a 500watt power supply it should be fine specs on comp is:

FIC AN11
1024 Generic PC-2100 Ram
AMD 2000+ (stock speed 1.67)

I have 6 UV Reactive Orange Fans
2 Round 80mm Cold Cathode's
2 12inch Cold Cathode's

I have double checked all my wireing and its all plugged in and stuff

Please help me this is very irritating!

I would suggest unhooking all the lights and non needed fanes and see what happens.

or get a better card

dont trust windows, check it out with a multimeter.
