Default 9600XT Problem

Soo..I have a 9600XT, and now in Aquamark I can only get 29,600 no matter what i do:
Overclock
Drivers/Omega ones im using look like they are 1996 ati drivers
Bios Settings
Cpu overclock

The mark will not change from 29,600/29,640/29,580

Before I was hitting 35,700 trying to break 36,000, can anyone tell me if im missing something? Im not sure, but i think this has only started to happen since I have installed sp1, could just be a cawinkydink

Specs are
2400+@ 2300MHz
Abit Nf7-S
pc3200 410mhz@ 2-3-3-11/205mhz
9600XT 128mb @ 550/340

Pic is of my Omega drivers, something doesnt seem rite to me...

old drivers, sometihng got installed over something.

download driver cleaner 3
run it clean all nvidia and ati drivers off pc
reboot
reboot once more
install fresh drivers
reboot

and ur good. Why the 2 reboots? In my expiernce sometimes when u install after one reboot after driver cleaner it dosnt set in the registry or sometihng and all hell breaks loose. So follow those steps and ull be good as new
