Default OCing Nvidia cards

I was told awhile back about 2 programs for OCing vid cards. One was coolbits and I can't remember the other, it had 2 dials for turning up the mem. and chip speeds. Does anybody know the name and where to get this program?
Thanks
Hunter

The Omega Drivers ( Linky ) have a built in OCing feature that i use for my sh1ty MX420 PCI *Uber Pimp...*
THe driver will easily boost performance and or quality and the OCing is great cause in includes a artifact test (in install directory) and a few other nice toys...

I have heard of those programs before but they are not the ones I'm looking for. The one I'm talking about has a window with 2 rotary dials to turn up the speed of the chip and mem speeds. Hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about.
Thanks
Hunter
